Kintesis is committed to technical precision. This policy outlines our handling of product discrepancies or quality concerns for corporate clients.
2. Inspection Protocol
Clients are required to inspect delivered goods within 7 business days. Discrepancies must be reported to contact@kintesis.com within this timeframe.
3. Eligible Conditions
Returns are accepted for verified manufacturing defects, transit damage (reported immediately), or shipping errors.
4. Resolution Process
Verified claims result in replacement, credit note, or refund within 15 business days following an internal production audit.
